SEMI FLUID LITHIUM BASE GREASE

1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

SEMI FLUID LITHIUM BASE GREASE is a specialized grease formulated to meet the unique requirements of various applications. It is composed of a refined mineral oil thickened with fatty acids and an extreme pressure anti-wear agent, produced through high temperature saponification.

2. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
This grease exhibits exceptional resistance to extreme pressure and offers excellent anti-wear properties. It also demonstrates outstanding mechanical stability, rust resistance, and water resistance.

3. APPLICATIONS
This grease is specifically designed for use in gears, reducers, and concrete pumps, as well as other machinery that requires high-performance grease.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES
During storage, it is crucial to prevent the mixture of water and impurities with the grease. It should not be mixed with other types of greases. Additionally, it should not be used after heating. After application, any remaining grease should be carefully smoothed within its original packaging to prevent oil leakage and maintain its seal, thus avoiding potential failures.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 32 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which  Zhongyuan Oilfield located.
 
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
 
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
 
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
 
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
 
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.
