Since the viscosity change of lubricating oil is directly related to hydraulic action, transmission efficiency and transmission accuracy, it is also required that the viscosity-temperature performance and shear stability of oil should meet the various requirements of different applications. There are many kinds of hydraulic oil and different classification methods. For a long time, it has been customary to classify hydraulic oil according to its use, or according to its type, chemical composition or flammability. These classification methods only reflect the earning of oil products, but they are not systematic, and it is difficult to understand the interrelationship and development of oil products.
Quality requirements:
The hydraulic system of automobiles and construction machinery uses hydraulic oil as the working medium. The flow rate of the oil in this hydraulic system is small and the pressure is high, so it is called hydrostatic transmission. The quality of hydraulic oil will greatly affect the working reliability and service life of the hydraulic system. Generally, the quality requirements for hydraulic oil are as follows:
1) Suitable viscosity and good viscosity-temperature performance to ensure accurate and sensitive power transmission under the condition of changing working temperature, and to ensure the normal lubrication of hydraulic components.
2) It has good anti-rust and anti-oxidation stability, is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate under high temperature and high pressure, and has long service life.
3) It has good foam resistance, so that under the working condition of continuous mechanical mixing, the foam generated is easy to disappear to stabilize power transmission and avoid accelerated oxidation of hydraulic oil.
