This product is a synthetic grease made of urea-based compound thickened mineral oil, and addedwith antioxidant, rust inhibitor, adhesive and other additives.

2.performance characteristic

Excellent high temperature performance, suitable for higher temperature lubrication parts.

The soap fiber of the thickening agent has reasonable structure and uniform distribution, and canmaintain good structural characteristics of grease under the action of shear force.

Excellent medium stability and radiation resistance, suitable for special working environment

Good extreme pressure anti-wear performance, suitable for high load working environment.

3.Recommended application

Suitable for high temperature, high load, wide temperature range and contact with bad mediaolubrication occasions in metallurgicalindustry, such as steel continuous casting equipment moldcurved roller, curved roller bearing lubrication.Operating temperature: -20°C ~180°C.

Puyang Xinye Special Lubricating Oil and Grease Co., Ltd. was established in 1989, located in Henan Puyang City, the central of Zhongyuan Oil Field. The R&D center of the company is more than 1200 square meters, with 15 researchers and 5 people with master degree or above. 6. FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
 
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
 
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
 
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
 
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples,  the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
