Extreme Temperature Lithium Grease for Machinery

This high-quality lithium grease, manufactured by PUYANG XINYE SPECIAL LUBRICATING OIL AND GREASE CO., LTD., is specially designed for extreme temperature conditions. It is made by thickening special white oil with high fatty acid soap, resulting in excellent lubricity and a strong adsorption capacity for metal.

Performance Characteristics:

• Low starting and running torque, making it suitable for operating under extremely high-speed conditions with a D N value of 800,000.


• Protects bearings from corrosion and destructive pitting, even when subjected to water pollution or bearing idling.


• Forms a thick lubricating oil film under the same operating conditions, reducing fatigue wear of the relative moving components

Recommended Applications:

• Ideal for lubricating biomass pellet machine equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 32 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which  Zhongyuan Oilfield located.
 
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
 
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
 
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
 
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
 
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.
