ANHYDROUS CALCIUM BASE GREASE

Product introduction:
This product is manufactured using a specialized production process, involving the refinement of thickened mineral oil and the addition of various additives such as anti-wear agents, highly efficient anti-oxidation agents, anti-rust agents, and anti-corrosion agents.

Performance characteristics:

- Excellent anti-adhesive and anti-sintering properties for screw threads.
- High temperature resistance and quality thread sealing.
- Stable tightening torque even after repeated removal.
- High temperature resistance to cracking.
- Good electrical conductivity and pressure.

Application:
This product is suitable for preventing adhesion and sintering of various bolt threads, particularly in high temperature environments. It can be used for lubrication and protection of turbines, engines, valves, and other mechanical equipment.

Applicable temperature range: -20 to +120 degrees Celsius.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 32 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which  Zhongyuan Oilfield located.
 
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
 
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
 
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
 
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
 
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.
 
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
