Hydraulic transmission oil
It is mainly used for hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic coupler of large vehicles such as diesel locomotive, heavy duty truck, track vehicle and off-road vehicle. It can also be used for hydraulic transmission system of construction machinery.
Characteristics:
1. The hydraulic transmission device requires a hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity and excellent viscosive-temperature performance to ensure its normal operation within a temperature range of -40 to 170ºC.
2. It is crucial for the hydraulic transmission parts, made of different materials, to have good wear resistance under operating conditions. This ensures that they are not easily worn out.
3. The hydraulic oil should possess good thermal stability and antioxidant stability to withstand long-term recycling under working conditions ranging from 70 to 140ºC, or even higher.
4. The hydraulic oil should have good low temperature fluidity and a low freezing point to adapt to mechanical operations during winter and when the machinery is turned on and off.
5. It is essential for the hydraulic oil to have excellent foam resistance. This ensures that the oil does not form foam when constantly stirred by mechanical processes during operation. Foam formation can reduce the efficiency of the hydraulic transmission device and lead to shift failure
